A one-on-one relationship

Central to the success of any venture is the relationship between supplier and client. That's why, at the very start of the planning stage, we appoint a dedicated project team of experienced personnel to interface with their counterparts and provide all the necessary liaison throughout the design and installation period - and beyond. That single Quadrant team is then responsible for furnishing information, support and troubleshooting back-up on a day-to-day basis.

At the initial consultation, the customer's needs and problems are fully analysed and the range of options are openly discussed. By listening carefully to what's expected in terms of security, the team can often help the organisation design its own system - one that can successfully meet its operational and budgetary targets.

Installation

The Quadrant team is then instrumental in refining the final system with meticulous site testing which involves the assessment of key parameters such as the exact positioning of the cameras or detectors. At all stages throughout the process, close consultation is maintained between team and customer to ensure that the system is achieving its intended security objectives.

Every Quadrant security system is installed by our directly employed specialist teams who work to standards imposed by ourselves and by the manufacturer of the equipment selected. Operating to ISO9002, we strictly adhere to all health and safety guidelines that impact on our own and our customers' personnel.
