Rental Agreements
At Quadrant, we believe in offering our customers extensive levels
of choice in the procurement and after sales maintenance of their Quadrant
installation. As an alternative to the capital purchase of a system outright,
Quadrant customers can opt for an installation to be acquired via a Quadrant
Video Systems PLC System Rental Option.
Rental Contract.
Rental Plan.
Many Quadrant customers prefer to rent their security systems rather
than to capitalise them. Quadrant’s unique in-house rental plan
helps to spread the installation cost over the minimum useful life of
the systems and equipment that we install.
Key features of the Quadrant rental plan:
- The fixed quarterly rental covers all elements of the system including
hardware, software, installation, peripherals, commissioning and training.
- There is no large outlay of capital required and with smaller quarterly
rentals a larger, more effective system is often attainable.
- The rentals are a direct revenue expense and can be easily apportioned
across corporate departments or tenants in multiple occupancy.
- Being a revenue expense, capital expenditure procedures are often
not required.
- Whilst there is a minimum rental period, the rented system can easily
be upgraded at any time.
- Rental can be easily combined with a maintenance contract with one
quarterly payment being made to cover both.
- Any existing equipment that is suitable for re-use can be included
in the rental agreement for the new equipment.
- In certain circumstances, we will purchase existing equipment and
rent it back.
